The Law of Stubal is (probably not) a sacred text that was put together with inspiration from the Stubal entitled as Pen. Because the Law of Stubal is interpreted by what the Pen-Stubal says, the law can go through any drastic changes at any time so long as the Pen-Stubal speaks.

Law of Agenda[]
According to the Law of Stubal, if anything is to go wrong or is seemingly against the will of the Pen-Stubal, this is due to a secret agenda against he. The Pen-Stubal insists that the agenda is to turn the active Club Penguin Wiki Network communities into dictatorships, possibly led by the Duke of Hoth or the fifty seven thousandth one hundredth eighty first Chill. These acts cannot be tolerated for the Pen-Stubal is the only form of balance against this secret agenda.
Law of Bro[]
According to the Law of Stubal, the Master of Bro is completely object to the concepts of fun and creativity, and is not above attempting to stifle others participating in the enjoyment of these concepts.
Law of Chill[]
According to the Law of Stubal, the Minecraft server known as Memeworld is lacking unless the fifty seven thousandth one hundredth eighty first Chill is online, because he attracts other users.
Additionally, the fifty seven thousandth one hundredth eighty first Chill must always be brought up in an argument even if he was not previously mentioned or relevant.
Law of Clever[]
According to the Law of Stubal, the Pen-Stubal can never be clever as long as you exist. It is currently unknown to whom "you" refers, but it is most likely that "you" refers to the fifty seven thousandth one hundredth eighty first Chill, as the Pen-Stubal was addressing him when this was spoken.
Law of Exceptionalism[]
According to the Law of Stubal, anything that the Pen-Stubal considers to be wrong or imperfect becomes wrong or imperfect because the Pen-Stubal considers it so, regardless of common sense, the rules of the universe, or logic. However, this law does not apply to the Pen-Stubal himself.

You may also not give your property to another individual, especially the fifty seven thousandth one hundredth eighty first Chill, without the Pen-Stubal's permission.
Law of Question[]
According to the Law of Stubal, a statement that is obviously a question will not be regarded as such and ignored by the Pen-Stubal if you do not place the proper marking of a question at the end of your line of dialogue.
Law of Tone[]
According to the Law of Stubal, you must be serious while the Pen-Stubal is serious. The fifty seven thousandth one hundredth eighty first Chill is guilty of consistently breaking this rule for he is incapable of ever keeping a serious tone.
Law of Truth[]
According to the Law of Stubal, anything can be verified as complete infallible truth so long as it is followed by the Pen-Stubal speaking the two words in the exclusive order of "It's true". Anyone who shares any other opinion cannot be right for the Pen-Stubal has spoken. Any words spoken by the fifty seven thousandth one hundredth eighty first Chill can never be true for he is known by the Pen-Stubal as "Lyin' Chill" and therefore is untrustworthy.
