The City of Billville is a territory of the Illuminati Kingdom owned by Chill57181 named after Bill Cipher. Despite being a "dictatorship", Chill doesn't really care about what other people do and only calls it a dictatorship to sound cool. Their national animal is the rabbit. The official sports team of Billville is the Illuminati Confirmeds.
The primary residents of Billville are humans, testificates, zombies, and skeletons.
History[]
Early history[]
In early 2016, Chill was beginning to get bored in the Illuminati Kingdom and decided to start a town. He later settled on an area in a savanna to the east of the Illuminati Kingdom and named the future town Billville. The first building constructed in Billville was Chill's castle, which was followed by stables for his horse Illuminatus and a random pig named Mr. Bacon. The establishment of other buildings and some businesses soon followed, turning Billville into a full-fledged town.
On June 16th, 2016, tragedy struck when Penstubal attempted to steal a tbh smh fam from the Billville Zoo. A chase ensued across the desert, and Ed attempted to rescue the tbh smh fam and return it to its home. However, during the rescue, Penstubal made several attempts to stop him and kidnap it again. Finally, Penstubal punched it and sadly killed the tbh smh fam. Everyone in Memeworld was shocked and very mad at Penstubal. During the attacks on Billville Zoo, 2 skeleton horses, 1 mooshroom, and 2 sheep were also killed. Shortly after, Chill declared June 16th to be tbh smh fam Day, in honor of tbh smh fam.
On July 19th, Operation: Weirdmageddon was launched by Chill in preparation for war with Vynland when it appeared Billvilchillvilsmellvil, who vowed to go to war with Billville, would win the election. Despite a last minute win by Esmeralda Valdez, Operation: Weirdmageddon continued. The project, which involved using what little military resources Billville had to build a large robot, was eventually scrapped.
In an attempt to distract the rest of Memeworld from the Penstubal National Convention, Billville celebrated the Month of Obama in August. Obama arrived in Billville and attempted to sell his favorite food, broccolli, with little success.
Skeleton Empire takeover[]
On September 29th, Chill was kidnapped by the Skeleton King, who conquered Billville on October 1st with his skeletal army. Many of Billville's residents were captured by the skeletons and thrown into the dungeon, with the exception of fellow skeletons Sans and Papyrus Undertale, Mr. Rental, who could not be located by the skeletons, and others who the Skeleton King determined not to be a threat. Throughout October, the Skeleton Empire faced opposition from Vynland, who despite their hatred for the Illuminati Kingdom preferred them to be in power over Billville. Every day, they would launch attacks in an attempt to destabilize the Skeleton King's regime, although this had relatively little effect and was mostly brushed off.
Late in October, the Skeleton King hired the masked mercenary Bane to help him enforce his rule. Bane arrived on a Stubal Airlines plane filled with CIA operatives, which he hijacked and deliberately crashed into the Trump Wall. The only survivors were Bane, who escaped before the crash, and Bill Wilson, who was killed in the crash but came back to life somehow. In reality, Bane was cooperating with Chill, and began plotting with Sans, Papyrus, and Mr. Rental to overthrow the Skeleton King. Early in the morning on November 1st, the Skeleton Empire was defeated and all of their prisoners were released. The Skeleton King and his followers were banished to the Nether, and control of Billville was restored to the Illuminati Kingdom.

| April 30, 2017 | Darth Emerald took over the eastern half of Billville. This caused a disturbance in the force, prompting Sheev Palpatine to contact Darth Vader for an Imperial invasion.

Rather than face Imperial takeover of his shop, Deadpool blew it up after escaping with his stock, which was destroyed afterwards by a stray TIE fighter blast. CIA got into a shootout with a few Stormtroopers and was killed when one of his own bullets ricocheted off a lamp. |
| May 2, 2017 | The Empire began the "Imperialization" process, taking over and redecorating businesses, placing Imperial flags and propaganda, and destroying things they don't like.

The village is essentially a lawless wasteland, with the only rule being that the zombies aren't allowed to harm anyone should they leave the village. It is discouraged for anyone among the living to enter the village for their safety, although this doesn't stop Sheev Palpatine from entering to advertise Zombie Night at the Villain Pub.
